DeconTools

DeconTools

DeconTools (Decon2LS) is a software tool package for de-isotoping and feature detection in mass spectrometry (MS) data. The DeconTools algorithm includes functions for peak detection, noise reduction, prediction of a theoretical isotopic envelope, and scoring functions.DeconTools is available as graphical user interphase (GUI) version (DeconToolsAutoProcessor) and as a command-line version (DeconConsole).
