BCseq (USC)

BCseq (USC)

BCseq (bias-corrected sequencing analysis) is a tool to quantify and correct bias in single-cell RNA-seq data sets. The BCseq algorithm detects dropouts by measurement of outputs from similar cells and assigns a quality score for each gene.
