BPSC

BPSC

BPSC (Beta-Poisson model for Single-Cell RNA-seq data analyses) is an R tool for the examination of single-cell RNA-seq data. The BPSC algorithm uses a beta-Poisson mixture model to estimate the bimodality of expression distribution.
