Bridger

Bridger

Bridger is a tool for de novo assembly of RNA-seq full-length transcriptome data. The Bridger algorithm adapts schemes used in Cufflink and Trinity. It can handle paired-end reads and multiple insert sizes. The sensitivity and specificity are similar to Cufflink. Bridger runs faster and requires less physical memory than several other assembly tools.
