CIDR

CIDR

CIDR (Clustering through Imputation and Dimensionality Reduction) is an R tool to reduce the dimensionality and clustering of single-cell RNA-seq data. The CIDR algorithm uses an ‘implicit imputation’ method to deal with dropouts.
