CellTrails

CellTrails

A tool for expression analysis, de novo chronological ordering, and visualization of single-cell RNA-seq data. The CellTrails algorithm uses a geometric lower-dimensional manifold learning to estimate noise, drop-outs, experimental variance, and redundancy of predictive variables. CellTrails also has functions for branching reconstruction and graphical visualization of expression patterns and branches.

Topic

Statistics and probability; RNA-seq
