D3E

D3E

D3E is a tool for the identification of differentially expressed genes in single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The D3E algorithm has a function to fit the parameters of a Poisson-Beta distribution. A web-based version is available for the analysis of small datasets (see links).
