DC3

DC3

DC3 (De-Convolution and Coupled-Clustering) is a tool for the joint analysis of bulk and single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) originating from the same heterogeneous cell population. The DC3 algorithm can identify subpopulations, cluster cells, and de-convolve the bulk data.
