DENDRO (Dna based EvolutioNary tree preDiction by scRna-seq technOlogy) is a tool to profile genetic heterogeneity and to detect subclones in single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The DENDRO algorithm clusters subclones and computes a related phylogenetic tree.
