DigitalCellSorter, Polled Digital Cell Sorter (p-DCS) is a tool for the identification of hematological cell types in single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The DigitalCellSorter algorithm uses a voting approach based on molecular signatures to determine cell types and computes an approval score.
