DoubletDecon

DoubletDecon

DoubletDecon is a tool to remove doublet artifacts from single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The DoubletDecon algorithm uses a combination of deconvolution analyses and the identification of unique cell-state gene expression to identify doublets.
