DoubletFinder

DoubletFinder

DoubletFinder is a tool to remove doublet artifacts in single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The DoubletFinder algorithm creates artificial doublets and uses the proximity of real expression of a cell to predict doublets.
