EPIG-Seq

EPIG-Seq

EPIG-Seq is a tool to cluster co-expressed genes in RNA-seq data sets. The EPIG-Seq algorithm uses count correlation to estimate the gene similarity and to estimate differential expression level, it uses quasi-Poisson modeling and a location parameter.
