FQStat

FQStat

FQStat is a tool for the quality assessment of FASTQ data files. The FQStat runs on multiples cores and computes statistics, such as read counts, lengths, and quality scores, separately for lane, sample, and experiment. FQStat also tags low-quality data and works on both paired- and single-end data.
