HoneyBADGER

HoneyBADGER

HoneyBADGER (hidden Markov model integrated Bayesian approach for detecting CNV and LOH events from single-cell RNA-seq data) is a tool to identify copy number variation (CNV) and loss of heterozygosity (LOH) in single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The HoneyBADGER algorithm can also reconstruct subclonal architecture.
