NSMAP

NSMAP

NSMAP (Nonnegativity and Sparsity constrained Maximum A Posteriori ) is a tool for quantification of expression levels and identification of isoforms in RNA-seq data. The NSMAP algorithm uses A Nonnegativity and Sparsity constrained Maximum APosteriori model, to simultaneous identification of isoform structures and estimation of expression levels.
