RVboost

RVboost

RVboost is a tool for prioritizing RNA-seq variants. The RVboost algorithm uses characteristics that are uniques to RNA library preparation and sequencing. RVboost utilizes a boosting method to train models using variants stored in HapMap. The RVboost consists of a workflow combining variant calling, filtering, and annotation.
