RaceID3_StemID2_package is a tool for the identification and clustering fo cell types in single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The RaceID3 algorithm requires a gene-by-cell expression matrix as input and computes partitions of cell types. The StemID2 tool assembles cell types into a lineage tree.
