SparseIso

SparseIso

A tool for identification of alternatively spliced transcripts in RNA-seq data. The SparseIso algorithm Gibbs sampling method for simultaneous identification and quantification of transcripts. It also estimates the joint distribution of all transcript candidates to improve the detection of transcripts that are expressed in small quantities and expressed isoforms.
