SplAdder

SplAdder

SplAdder is a tool to analyze alternative splicing using RNA-seq alignment data. The SplAdder algorithm uses annotation, and RNA-Seq read alignments, computes a splicing graph, and quantifies the splicing events that may be useful in differential analysis.
