TIGAR2

TIGAR2

TIGAR2 is a tool to quantify transcript isoforms in RNA-seq data sets. The TIGAR2 algorithm applies a variational Bayesian inference, and it can also model sequencing errors. It can use Bowtie2 and BWA-MEM tools in the computational pipeline.
