bonvoyage

bonvoyage

bonvoyage is a tool for the detection of alternative splicing in RNA-seq data. The bonvoyage algorithm uses the outrigger de novo splice graph method and a Bayesian approach for modality assignment. It can also show changes in modalities using non-negative matrix factorization.
