clonealign

clonealign

clonealign is a tool for the assignment of expression profiles to cancer clones in single-cell RNA-seq and DNA sequencing data. The clonealign algorithm uses a probabilistic, reparametrization gradient variational inference, approach to map expression profiles to copy number profiles.
