scDAPA

scDAPA

scDAPA is a tool to detect and visualize alternative polyadenylations in single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The scDAPA algorithm uses a histogram-based method and the Wilcoxon rank-sum test. It also visulaizes the candidtae genes.
