scVEGs

scVEGs

scVEGs is a tool for analysis of differentially expressed genes in single-cell RNA-seq data. The scVEGs algorithm uses a gene expression variation model (GEVM) and makes use of the relation between the coefficient of variation (CV) and mean expression level to adjust for over-dispersion and compute statistical significance.
