Allpaths-LG

Allpaths-LG

ALLPATHS-LG is a tool for assembling both small and large genomes and it is an improved version of ALLPATHS. The improvements from its predecessor include better handling of repetitive sequences, error correction, accept sequenced data from jumping libraries, efficient memory usage and can handle low coverage regions.
