AutoSeqMan

AutoSeqMan

AutoSeqMan is a tool for assembling Sanger sequences into contigs for users working with the Seqman program. While the SeqMan program is an excellent GUI tool, when users have multiple sequences to assemble contigs, the manual process of clicking through the various functions can be time consuming. Using SeqMan scripting language, AutoSeqMan added two modules to classify and assemble sequences.
