BioNanoAnalyst

BioNanoAnalyst

BioNanoAnalyst is a tool for evaluating potential mis-assemblies in reference genomes using optical maps. It is a cross-platform graphical user interface (GUI) program. It produces GFF3 output of potential mis-assembled regions and it also has a zoom in visualization of such genomic locations.
