BaMM

BaMM

BaMM is a web-based server with four tools: 1. de-novo discovery of enriched motifs in nucleotide sequences, 2. motif finding in nucleotide sequences, 3. Sequence searching BaMM database for transcription factor motifs, 4. keyword searching the motif database. The BaMM algorithm uses Bayesian Markov Models (BaMMs) of order 4 with AvRec score, the average recall over the TP-to-FP ratio between 1 and 100.
