CRISPRcompar is a web-based tool to assist biologists using the CRISPR (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats) for comparative and evolutionary analyzes of closely related bacterial strains.
The CRISPRs web server contains several tools for the CRISPR analyzes: CRISPRdb, BLAST CRISPRdb, CRISPRcompar, CRISPRtionary, FlankAlign, CRISPRs finder, and CRISPRs Utilities.
Sequence composition, complexity and repeats; Genetics; Model organisms; DNA polymorphism; Genetic variation
