RSAT is a web portal for numerous software tools for the detection and analysis of regulatory signals in non-coding nucleotide sequences. The RSAT tools include sequence retrieval, pattern matching, pattern discovery, feature-map drawing, random sequence generation. And many other tools and utilities. Users can also integrate tools into specific workflows. RSAT site provides access to six servers, RSAT Fungi, RSAT Prokaryotes, RSA Metazoa, RSAT Protists, RSAT Plants, and RSAT Teaching.
