RepeatAnalyzer

RepeatAnalyzer

RepeatAnalyzer is a tool to store, manage, and analyze short sequence repeats (SSRs) to identify strains. The RepeatAnalyzer uses Anaplasma marginale as a model species, but the tool can analyze any SSRs in any species. The RepeatAnalyzer algorithm uses regional genetic diversity as a part of analyses and has functions for visualizing genotype and SSR distributions.
