equicktandem

equicktandem

equicktandem is a tool to detect nucleotide sequence sections that potentially contain repeats in tandem. The equicktandem algorithm identifies segments of sequences where bases match elsewhere in the sequence without gaps. The equicktandem algorithm scores each match with +1 and each mismatch with -1.
