etandem

etandem

etandem is a tool to find tandem repeats in DNA sequences. The tandem algorithm computes consensus sequences and scores them using +1 for each match and -1 for each mismatch. The tool accepts A, C, G, T, and N characters as input and uses non-overlapping windows to search putative repeated sequence stretches.
