A tool to extract human genetic variation data from the latest release of theĀ 1000 Genomes (1KG) Project. I can compute allelic frequencies for 1KG populations and for the Exome Sequencing Project populations. Data can be imported into popular pre-existing tools, e.g., PLINK and HaploView.
