A tool for analysis and visualization of Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) relatedness between two individuals. The SNPduo algorithm uses identity by a state to identify relatedness. The web implementation generates UCSC UCSC Genome Browser viewable tracks SNPduo.
