AlphaDrop beta is a tool to simulate genomic selection and genome-wide association study (GWAS) data. It can simulate sequence data, SNP data, pedigrees, QTL effects, and breeding values. The AlphaDrop algorithm drops simulated haplotypes through a pedigree using MaCS. Available by request from John Hickey.
