CERENKOV

CERENKOV

CERENKOV is a tool for the identification of functional noncoding single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in loci identified by genome-wide association studies (GWAS). The CERENKOV algorithm uses data-space geometric features and the xgboost classifier.
