CPBayes

CPBayes

CPBayes is a tool for the meta-analysis of cross-phenotype genetic associations. The CPBayes algorithm uses summary data from multiple phenotypes to assess the evidence of the aggregate-level pleiotropic association and for the estimation of additional trait associations at the risk locus.
