FarmCPU (Fixed and random model Circulating Probability Unification) is a tool for genome-wide association analyses (GWAS). The algorithm uses the general linear model framework. Following single-marker regression, FarmCPU assigns the data into bins and classifies a set of optimal markers as covariates in the subsequent iteration.
