G2P (A Genome-Wide-Association-Study Simulation Tool for Genotype Simulation, Phenotype Simulation, and Power Evaluation) is a tool to simulate genotypes for the genome-wide association studies (GWAS). The G2P can simulate genotype data, phenotype data and evaluate the statistical power.
