GWAS3D

GWAS3D

GWAS3D is a web-based tool for the computation of the probability of genetic variants that associate with regulatory pathways and respective diseases or traits. The GWAS3D algorithm integrates chromatin state, functional genomics, sequence motif, and conservation information with GWAS data or a variant list. See also GWAS4D server (links).
