IGES

IGES

IGES (Gentic Analysis integrating individual level data and summary statistics) is a tool for the identification of risk variants and risk prediction in genome-wide association studies (GWAS). The IGES algorithm integrates individual level genotypes and summary statistics to increase statistical power in the analyses.
