LDSC is a tool to estimate heritability and genetic correlations in genome-wide association study (GWAS) dataset summary statistics. The LDSC algorithm uses linkage disequilibrium (LD) score regression among test statistics and LD to discriminate inflation from true polygenic signals and biases.
