SurvivalGWAS_SV is a tool for the analysis of imputed genotypes in genome-wide association studies (GWAS) with "time-to-event" outcomes. The SurvivalGWAS_SV algorithm uses Cox proportional hazards or Weibull regression models. It can also accommodate multiple covariates and include SNP-covariate interplay effects.
