VSEAMS

VSEAMS

VSEAMS (variant set enrichment analysis using multivariate sampling) is a pipeline tool for the analysis of genes and genomic intervals enrichment in genome-wide association study (GWAS) data. The VSEAMS algorithm computes p-values for a trait using GWAS summary statistics.
