iPat

iPat (Intelligent Prediction and Association Tool) is a Java tool for genome-wide association studies (GWAS). The graphica user interface allows drag and click specification of input data files, choosing input parameters and selection of models. iPat includes GAPIT, PLINK, FarmCPU, BLINK, rrBLUP and BGLR models.
