snpGeneSets is a tool to annotate the genome-wide association study (GWAS) data. The snpGeneSets tool includes functions for genomic mapping annotation of SNPs, genes, the functional annotation for gene sets, the bidirectional mapping between SNPs and genes, and genes and gene sets, calculation of gene effects, gene set enrichment analyses for the identification of pathways.
