ADDIT (Accurate Data-Driven Imputation Technique) is a tool for genotype imputation. The ADDIT algorithm consists of two data-driven methods that can manage data from both model and non-model organisms. The model version of the algorithm uses statistical inference, and the non-model version employs supervised learning.
