ALRA

ALRA

ALRA (Adaptively-thresholded Low Rank Approximation) is a tool for genotype imputation. The ALRA algorithm uses a low-rank approximation method to capture expressed gene dropouts. ALRA is also integrated into Seurat v3.0.
